- Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Coordination
- Review shop drawings
- Review rough-in requirements
- Manage vendor installations
- Review mechanical, electrical, plumbing requirements for existing equipment to be moved
- Staging & Installation coordination
- Pre-use inspection coordination, user training oversight and coordination
- Manage integration into equipment management program
- Warranty & service contract monitoring
